Send email when transport ends with error

Hi

I have a system that send´s out an email if a transport ends with an error.

I need to add a person to the email recipient list.

I´dont know how this was configured a long time a go in this system.

I did not find this in rz20 or spro.

Any clues on how this could of been set up ?
