SAP availability

Hi All,

There was an incident reported by OS team that their daily check report says that SAP application availability was recorded 98% during a particular time. What was the script or procedure used behing this checking is not yet known to us.Landscape is a Windows server with SQL DB. When I check the availability log in the windows server and SAP logs, I see that the application was available 100%. So what could be the problem?
